I think you should trust her that she was orgasaming, sometimes the first time can be painful so you have the SLIGHTEST possibiltiy that she was acting for a bit. But if your in a trusting relationship where you can be open to one another then I dont think so :/ girls know that its stupid to fake it because they'll never feel satisfied during sex, maybe talk about it with her [not too often] just if she was ok, did u hurt her etc.but dont get clingy and needy
